BABYCORN SALAD by Lalitha

Ingredients

Babycorn (blanched)- 1 cup Capsicum(green, red, yellow) finely chopped- ½ cup Spring onion-2 For the dressing: Soy sauce- 1 tsp Olive oil- 1 tsp Vinegar-1 tsp Salt- to taste

Instructions

1. To the vegetables, add soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
2. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
