CAULIFLOWER CAPSICUM SALAD by Lalitha

Nutrition facts: Cauliflower and capsicum are rich source of vitamin- C and B6. It also contains potassium, dietary fiber and proteins.

Ingredients

Cauliflower (blanched)-1 cup Capsicum (green, yellow, red) – ½ cup Spring onion- ¼ cup For the dressing: Lemon juice- 1 tsp Olive oil- 1 tsp Crushed garlic -2 Salt- to taste

Instructions

How to prepare:
1. Add cauliflower, capsicum and spring onion in a bowl and add required amount of salt to it.
2. In a mortar and pestle, add all the ingredients given for the dressing and crush well.
3. Add the dressing to the vegetables.
