Smoky Salmon Cheese Ball by Kraus Family

Ingredients

7-3/4 oz. can salmon 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 T. onion, minced Dash garlic salt 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 3 T. lemon juice 4 t. liquid smoke Chopped nuts

Instructions

Drain salmon and flake. Mix well with rest of ingredients (except nuts) and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Then form a ball and roll in chopped nuts.

Note: really good served with wheat crackers.
