Yogurt Cheese Pie by Kraus Family

Ingredients

9" graham cracker pie shell 1/3 c. milk 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 c. cottage cheese 1-1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/4 c. sugar or 3 T. honey

Instructions

Prepare pie shell and cool. Combine milk and gelatin in small saucepan and stir to soften gelatin. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves. Set aside.

Combine in blender cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and gelatin mixture. Whirl briefly until smooth. Chill mixture 20-30 minutes until it begins to set. Pour into pie shell and chill.
