Southwestern Chicken with Mango Peach Salsa by KingCook

Ingredients

4 chicken breast with bone 3 tablespoon sandra lee's rub 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne For Salsa: 8 ounces frozen diced peaches 8 ounces frozen diced mango 1 chopped jalapeno 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 lime juiced For rub: 2 (1.25) ounces chili seasoning 3 tablespoon garlic 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 tablespoon seasoning all purpose 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

Mix rub, cumin, cayenne and pat on chicken
For Salsa; Mix all ingredients while still frozen
Grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side
Roast chicken in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes
Serve with salsa
