Pork Tenderloin with Apples by KingCook

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil 1 halved tenderloin 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup reisling 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 apples peeled and chopped 1 and 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 2 tablespoon water

Instructions

Cook sup'd (?) tenderloin over medium to high heat approx. 8 minutes
Cook medium to low heat until 145F (approx. 25 minutes)
Cover in foil for 10 minutes

Simmer wine in same pan for 2 minutes
Add apples and other ingredients (not cornstarch) and simmer for 10 minutes
Add cornstarch and water
Cook 1 minute
Pour over tenderloin
