Never Fail Fudge by KingCook

Ingredients

2 and 1/2 cups sugar 1/4 cup (1/8 pound) butter or margarine 1 small can (5 ounces) evaporated milk 1 jar (7 and 1/2 ounce) marshmallow fluff 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 large (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients and stir over low heat until blended
Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling
Then boil slowly, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes (use soft ball test)
Remove from heat
Stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted
Then turn into a buttered 9x9 inch pan and cool
