Raspberry-Peach Chicken by
Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tablespoons peach brandy/AJ
4 chicken breasts halves
1 small peeled and sliced peach
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil
Spray rack
Blend raspberries, peaches, honey and brandy then warm
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
Broil 15 to 20 minutes
Spoon sauce onto plate then chicken then drizzle sauce on chicken
