Shephard's Pie by KingCook

Ingredients

2 pounds peeled and cubed potatoes 2 tablespoon sour cream 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoon butter and flour 2 teaspoon worcerstershire 1/2 cup cream 2 pounds ground beef 1 chopped carrot and onion 1 cup beef broth 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions

Boil potatoes for 12 minutes
Combine sour cream, yolk, cream and potatoes then mash
Brown meat then add veggies
Heat butter and flour for 2 minutes, whisk in broth and worcerstershire (thicken 1 minute)
Add gravy to meat
Preheat to broil
Fill rectangular casserole dish with meat and veggie. Then potatoes
Sprinkle with paprika
Broil for 6 to 8 minutes (until potatoes are browned)
