Mexican Lasagna by KingCook

Ingredients

3 tablespoon olive oil 2 pounds ground chicken 2 tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 chopped red onion 15 (or 5?) ounces black beans 14 ounces (1 cup) medium taco sauce 1 cup frozen corn 8 eight inch spinach tortillas 2 and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, and onion in skillet
Add taco sauce, black beans, corn, salt and mix for 2 to 3 minutes
Coat baking dish with oil
Layer: Tortilla, meat and beans, tortilla, cheese, meat, tortilla, cheese
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
