Roasted Butternut Squash by
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 Teaspoon ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon ground Cinnamon
3# Butternut Squash, peeled, seeded, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon honey
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Wish oil, salt, pepper,cumin, cinnamon in a large bowl add cut up squash and toss until evenly coated. Put on cookie sheet put-on the middle rack in 425 oven. Cook 30-35 mins.
