Halibut Dip by Taillon Family Recipe's

Ingredients

1/2 Stick of Butter 2 lbs. of Halibut 1 Medium White Onion Teaspoon of Garlic Salt Sour Cream Mayonnaise 9X12 Glass Pan

Instructions

1. Fillet Halibut
2. In 9x12 pan, add 1/2 Stick of butter and melt
4. Add onions, butter and garlic salt on top of fillets
5. Bake on 375 for 40 minutes
6. Crush halibut with fork when done
7. Let cool, and add cheese to taste & 1/3 cup of sour cream, Little mayonnaise, garlic salt to taste.
8. Let sit overnight
