Spanish Rice by Heidikins

Ingredients

Green bell pepper onion (a cup ~ 130 g) of rice can or two of diced tomatoes vegetable boullion cumin/chilli/cayenne/salt/pepper as you fancy

Instructions

Fry pepper and onion till, you know... about transparent right? Add rice and sautee a bit before adding the tomato goodness + bouillon/herbs to cover. Cover with lid and simmer till done ~ 35 mins usually.
