Pasta mushrooms cream cheese (capers)


Cook the pasta. Fry up mushrooms (high heat; frequent stirring allows water to evaporate, which in turn makes for tasty, crispy things rather than soggy, chewy things). When you're out of patience, turn heat down to medium or so, and cover with cream. I don't think cream should actually boil, but see if it doesn't thicken a bit, then add parmesan (or whatever kind of) cheese... oh, and pepper! And/or Cayenne pepper. Cayenne is super healthy for us!
