If needed you can add carrots and potatoes at beginning although they will be well overcooked - if you can't get to the roast 2-3 hours before it's done this is ok

Ingredients

2 C Water 5-6 lb Beef Pot Roast 1 oz pkg ranch dressing dry mix .7 oz pkg dry italian dressing mix .87 oz pkg brown gravy mix 6-8 cubed and peeled potatoes 8-10 carrots peeled and sliced

Instructions

Pour water into slow cooker
Add roast
combine mixes and sprinkle over roast
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours
add potatoes and carrots during last 2-3 hours of cooking
