Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas by Gerri

Ingredients

1 whole chicken (baked, broiled, or canned) 1 Can cream of chicken soup 1 Can cream of celery soup 1 Cup Green Chile 1 Cup water or chicken broth Onions (optional) 2 dz corn tortillas Cheese

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients above and cook on stovetop for 20 minutes.

LAYER corn tortillas, then chicken mixture, then cheese in casserole dish.

Place in preheated 350-degree oven and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling.
