Spaghetti sauce by Ed

Ingredients

9 cloves of garlic minced 2 onions chopped 1 lb. Ground beef 1/2 lb. Ground pork 1 28 oz. can of San marzano tomatoes 2 jars of prepared spaghetti sauce 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp oregano 1 Tbsp salt 1/4 cup basil Couple of squirts of tomato paste from the tube 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

Brown the meat and onions. Drain the liquid off the meat mixture. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add one can of San Marzano tomatoes and mash the tomatoes. Add two jars of prepared spaghetti sauce. Add the Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and basil. Simmer over a low heat for 1 hour.
