Banana bars by Ed


1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 8 ounce container sour cream 4 small or 2 large mashed bananas 2 cups flour Cream Cheese Frosting 3oz cream cheese 4 tsp margarine 1 tsp vanilla 1 box powdered sugar


Cream margarine and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Frosting: mix room temp cream cheese and margarine. Mix in vanilla, and then mix in powdered sugar. You,may need to add a little milk to make it easier to spread.
