CALICO TOMATO SALAD by Daellam

Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes 1 small zucchini 1 small sweet yellow pepper 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 2 teaspoons sugar substitute 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Cut tomatoes, zucchini in and yellow pepper into 1/2 inch pieces; place in a large bowl. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients; shake well. Pour over vegetables and toss. serve immediately.
