Ingredients

1 ready to bake pie crust, softened or room temp 1 "roll" pork sausage (cooked) (or 1 pckg already crumbled sausage) 4 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup white shredded cheese salt & black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425.
Cook sausage if using a sausage roll & drain well.
Combine beaten eggs, cheese & milk & add cooked sausage.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 mintues before serving.
