Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef 1 can condenced onion soup 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg; slightly beaten 1 tablespoon flour dash of salt & pepper 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 small can of mushroom stems & pieces; drained 1/2 medium onion; chopped

Instructions

Combine 1/3 cup of the soup to the ground beef & all the rest of the ingredients, except the mushrooms. Form into nice oval patties and brown each about 5-6 minutes each side. Drain off any excess grease. Gradually blend the remaining soup in the flour until smooth & add the mushrooms. pour over the patties, cover & heat on low for about 5 minutes.
