Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef 1 large green pepper; chopped 1 large, sweet, onion; chopped 3 large garlic cloves; shopped 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 3 tablespoons chili powder; diluted in 1-2 teaspoons warm water 2 teaspoons white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 can Mexican Recipe stewed, diced, tomatoes; do not drain 1 can kidney beans; rinsed and drained 1 can chili beans; do not drain

Instructions

Brown the beef on medium high heat; drain off grease.
Add everything else!
Reduce heat to simmer and cook 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
