Ingredients
4 Carrots, chopped (2 cups)
500g green beans, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
zest of 1/2 lemon
salt (to serve)
Instructions
1. Cook carrots and green beans in a medium pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 3 minutes.
2. Drain, then return the vegetables to the pot with butter, honey and lemon zest, season with salt. Cook, stirring, over medium heat, 1 minute.
