Marinated Veggie Salad by CampCookbook

Ingredients

Drain and combine the following: 1 can kidney beans 1 can baby peas 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cut green beans 1 can garbanzo beans (opt) Add to mixture: 1 cup chopped red onion 1 cup chopped celery Bring the following to a rolling boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly: 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp salt 1/3 tsp pepper 1/3 cup oil

Instructions

Pour the HOT mixture over the veggies, gently stir. Cover and chill for several hours.
