Banana Walnut Freezer Fudge by CCVanB

Ingredients

3 C walnuts 2 ripe bananas 2 T coconut oil 3 T maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Put the walnuts in a food processor, and grind for about 2 minutes.
Once the mixture starts to clump together, add the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into lined muffin pans. (Careful! The mixture is super sticky.)
Stick the muffin pans in the freezer for 2-3 hours to firm up.

Servings: 10
