Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge by CCVanB

Ingredients

1/2 C peanut butter 1 large banana 1 t. pure vanilla extract 1/16 t. salt 2 T. coconut butter OR melted virgin coconut oil 2 T. powdered sugar OR maple syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small blender until completely smooth.
Scoop into a small plastic container OR a parchment lined glass container.
Freeze the mixture until it's firm.
NOTE: this fudge is best stored in the freezer, because it will melt.
