Brown Sugar--1 cup Cinnamon---1/4 tsp Flour----- 2 Tlbsp Mustard -- 1 Tlbsp Vinegar---1 Tlbsp Water ----2 Tlbsp


In a med saucepan, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour,mustard and vinegar.
Stir over med to low heat until smooth.
Add water and bring to a simmer, stirring for 1 min.
Remove foil from ham and remove excess fat. Score ham all over.
Return to oven and continue baking 155F to 160F basting with glaze frequently.
