Breakfast Casserole by BB

Ingredients

6 eggs 2 cups milk 1 pound pork sausage bulk style- browned and drained and cooled 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 slices toast ( cut into small cubes )

Instructions

Beat eggs.
Add milk, cheese and mustard.
Continue to beat.
Add bread and cooled sausage.
Pour into greased 8 x 11 " baking dish or casserole dish.
Cover and refrigerate over night
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until a knife in the center comes out clean.
Serves 6
