Pumpkin cake by BB

Ingredients

2 cups sugar 1 1/4 cup oil 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 4 eggs 2 tsp. Baking soda 2 tsps. Baking powder 2 tsps. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
Beat in a large bowl- sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Add eggs individually beating well. Sift together baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add raisins and mix well.

Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove and cool completely.
