1 cup coconut cream, you can use coconut milk 3 bananas 10 dates 1 cup chia seeds 1 1/2 cup almond milk banana slices, optional chopped almonds, optional
In a food processor blend all the ingredients. Divide mixture between four serving glasses or bowls. You can eat it immediately or refrigerate for future consumption. As the pudding sits it will become thicker. This will keep refrigerated for up to 4-5 days.Nutrition Information (per serving):
