Macaroni Salad - Very Simple (easily Vegan) by AJ

Ingredients

4 cups elbow noodles, cooked (=about 2 cups uncooked, make with salt according to package directions) 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed 1/2 cup shredded carrot 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup mayonnaise (vegan mayo to make it vegan) sprinkles of black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss
Chill for about 1 hour before serving
