Ingredients

Crust: 1. 1 pkg graham cracker crumbs 2. 2 Tbsp sugar 3. 4 Tbsp melted butter 4. mix and press into spring form pan (9 in or 10 in) 5. bake 10 minutes @ 300° Filling: 1. 4 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 2. 1 cup sugar 3. 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 4. 4 eggs 5. mix until smooth 6. stir in flavor 7. pour onto crust 8. bake 60 – 65 minutes Flavors: Coffee 1. 3 Tbsp of instant coffee dissolved in 2. 1 Tbsp water 3. 1 Tbsp milk (more if necessary) Icing for Coffee Cheesecake 1. 1 pkg cream cheese softened 2. 2 cups powdered sugar 3. 1 tsp vanilla 4. 1 cup white chocolate, melted 5. mix and spread on cheesecake when cooled
