Bonnie's healthy Cabbage Lasagna by ACGC

This recipe is a healthy version of Lasagna, using cabbage instead of pasta, lean meat, and heart healthy spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

1 - 1.5 pounds of lean ground beef or Yak meat 1 onion, cut up half head of cabbage, cut up 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1-2 cupts shredded Italian cheese blend

Instructions

Brown meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook cut up cabbage in boiling water til somewhat tender. Drain.
Combine meat and onion mixture with cabbage.
Add spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese.
Cook til heated through or in a crock pot til hot.
