55 min/ 35 min prep This is an easy and yummy potato dish to go with steaks or chicken on the grill. It's an adaptation of a recipe from a Kingsford Barbecue cook boo, date May 1968. I have baked it in th eoven, also, and tried it with various spices. by Louise

3 med potatoes, sliced (peeling is optional) 1/4 c chopped onion 3 tbs margarine 1 tsp chicken bouillon 1/3 c water pepper

1. Place sliced potatoes and onion in heavy-duty foil.
2. Dot with margarine.
3. Sprinkle with other ingredients.
4. Seal foil around potatoes.
5. Grill packet over medium-hot fire about 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
