Indian Rice Supriya (Veg) by
I got this recipe from my friend Supriya from India. She made it and it tasted so good.
Ingredients
Rice: 1 cup (Basmati type)    ARROZ
Water: 2 cups                 AGUA 
Cinnamon: 2 sticks            CANELA
Cloves: 1 tablespoon          CLAVOS
Cumin: 1 teaspoon             COMINO en semilla
Salt                          SAL
Butter                        MANTEQUILLA
Cooking time, aprox. 20 min.
Instructions
First, butter for frying all spices, then add the rice and water and cook as a traditional rice, not too dry not too wet.
